Many smartphone companies have already extended warranties on their product to help customers to be at peace and be sure that they have been covered by the brand in these trying times. Following the similar suite, TCL and iFFalcon have extended warranty on their products.
TCL and iFFalcon (Part of TCL Electronics) leading Television manufacturers in India have announced an extension of warranty due to ongoing COVID-19 Corona-virus pandemic. In the current situation of nationwide lock-down, the warranty on TCL & iFFALCON products will now extend to 31st May 2020, from the original warranty that expired between 20th March 2020 and 30th April 2020.
As the nationwide lockdown has now been extended to 3rd May 2020, iFFALCON has also decided to extend the date of arrival (DOA) period for its products from 7 days to 30 days. This will be valid for all purchases made between 15th March and 30th April 2020. This decision has been taken so that customers remain at peace even if their warranty expiring. Both the brands are continuously making sure that there is no lag in the customer service and extending all sort of helping hand to the market.
TCL is offering warranty extension only on Smart Televisions and Air-conditioners and iFFalcon is offering the warranty extension only on smart televisions. Both the brands are following the government’s mandate and making sure all the guidelines are followed by them as well as the channel partners.
